Yes, this tour is all-inclusive, with only two optional items not covered in the package: the local foot/body massage and the Luwak coffee. The massage at the hot spring costs IDR 50,000 for a foot massage and IDR 100,000 for a full-body massage. Besides that, for luwak coffee tasting ranges from IDR 50,000–100,000 per cup, and if you wish to purchase any products, we suggest preparing around IDR 500,000–1,000,000. Payments for coffee products can also be made by credit card.
Yes, there is a changing room at the hot spring, so you can change clothes before soaking your body or feet.
The hike is not difficult. It involves light hiking and walking around the tea plantation and volcano.
Yes, the volcano tour is generally safe for children and elderly participants. However, we do recommend that all guests be in reasonably good health, as certain areas may involve light walking or uneven pathways. Our guides are experienced and will always adjust the pace based on the group is needs. The hot spring is located in a public area with a majority of Muslim visitors, so we recommend wearing a tankini or a shirt with shorts. The pool is not very deep, so you can soak your body or feet comfortably.
You are allowed to operate a drone during the tour. However, if you wish to fly your drone in the volcano area, you must obtain approval from the local authorities at the volcano and pay a fee of IDR 1,000,000.
Yes, we can drop you off at a different hotel as long as it is still in the Jakarta area. There is an additional charge if you want to be dropped off at the airport or the hotel near the airport/outside Jakarta.
Absolutely, You can leave your luggage in the car and our driver will take care of your luggage and belongings in the car. However, we suggest bringing very important belongings with you during the tour.
The tour will continue even if it rains. We provide umbrellas and raincoats in the vehicle. The track will be slippery, so we suggest wearing comfortable shoes for walking/trekking.
Yes, we can provide Vegetarian Lunch or other special dietary options such as: Vegan, Halal, Gluten-Free, Allerigic, etc. Please inform us during booking about your special dietary request.
If you want to purchase items or souvenirs from street vendors, please note that payments can only be made in Indonesian Rupiah (Cash). Only certain official souvenir shops, such as those at the Luwak Coffee site, provide the option to pay by Credit Card.
Breakfast and dinner are not included in the tour packages. On the way to the volcano and back to the Jakarta, we will stop at a rest area with so many local restaurants, and you can freely choose any meal at your personal expense.
Unfortunately, The Volcano Tour will not pass Bandung City, the best thing we can do is drop you off at the last destination and our guide will assist to find the taxi go to Bandung City and it will be your personal expenses.
The temperature around the volcano area typically ranges from 18° to 24°. Strong winds can arise at any time, causing the temperature to get colder, so we recommend you bring a jacket/scarf.
You can bring cash IDR 500.000 – 1.000.000, especially if you want to buy something from local vendors, drink local coffee product (Luwak Coffee) or try a local massage in the hot spring.
We are concerned that wearing flip-flops may be unsafe in the Volcano area, Rice Fields, and Tea Plantations, as some paths can be wet and slippery. For your safety and comfort, we highly recommend wearing comfortable closed shoes or non-slip mountain sandals.
The tour typically concludes at the last location around 5–6 PM, with arrival back in Jakarta estimated between 8–9 PM (depending on the traffic conditions on the tour date),

If the tour is canceled due to bad weather, natural disasters or other unforeseen events (Force Majeure), we will offer a rescheduled date or a refund, depending on our management policy.

No refunds or rescheduling will be offered if you do not show up for the tour without prior cancellation or a valid reason. If you need to change the date or time of the tour, changes are allowed without penalty if made within a certain period, subject to availability. If you are joining the tour directly from the airport to Jakarta (or returning to the airport after the tour) while carrying luggage, the fee is IDR 100,000 for a one-way trip.
