Arrival Yogyakarta

On your arrival in Yogyakarta Airport, Meet and Greet with our representative. Then we will transfer you to hotel for check-in. Free time.

Day 2: Borobudur – Mendut Temple – Merapi Lava Tour

The day begins with a visit to the iconic Borobudur Temple, the largest Buddhist monument in the world and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After Borobudur, the journey continues to Mendut Temple, a smaller yet historically significant temple located nearby. Enjoy lunch at the local restaurant. The tour proceeds to the slopes of Mount Merapi for an exciting Merapi Lava Tour by 4WD jeep. This adventure takes you through volcanic terrain shaped by past eruptions. Along the way, you will stop at key points such as Bunker Kaliadem, the Alien Stone, and remnants of villages affected by eruptions. Drive back to the hotel.

Day 3: Pindul Cave Tubing & Jomblang Cave

We begin the morning at Pindul Cave, where you’ll enjoy a fun and unique activity called cave tubing. Sitting on a rubber tube, you’ll gently float along a calm underground river, surrounded by beautiful rock formations. Next, we head to the highlight of the day, Jomblang Cave. This is a truly special experience. With the help of a professional team, you’ll descend into the cave and step into a hidden world below the surface. If timing and weather are right, you’ll witness the famous “heavenly light” a magical beam of sunlight shining into the cave. Enjoy lunch at the local restaurant. Drive back to the hotel.

Day 4: Sultan Palace – Watercastle – Prambanan Temple

We begin the morning with a visit to the Keraton Yogyakarta (Sultan Palace), the cultural soul of the city. Here, you’ll get a closer look at Javanese royal life and traditions as you explore the elegant courtyards, traditional pavilions, and historical collections that tell the story of the Sultanate. Just a short distance away, we continue to Taman Sari Water Castle, once a private retreat for the royal family. Next, we head to the iconic Prambanan Temple, the largest Hindu temple complex in Indonesia. Take your time to admire the majestic towers and detailed carvings. After the tour, transfer to Yogyakarta International Airport (CGK) for your departure flight or drop off at the hotel in Yogyakarta; tour finishes.
